  • To affected passengers who are in Morocco: Work is underway to schedule flights from Morocco for next Sunday to transfer affected Binter passengers on scheduled flights from Friday the 13th to Monday the 16th of March. If there is capacity, passengers on flights departing March 19 will also be transferred.

  • We will inform affected passengers via SMS and email.

Flexibility in rate changes.

You can now make your changes on our website and app

The possibility of flight change without penalty for bookings with flights between March 14 and 31 is now available on our website, mobile website and App.

Those clients with "Economic" and "Promo" rates will be able to make changes without penalty to the same rate, or to higher rates, paying only the corresponding price difference.

On the other hand, customers with the "Superpromo" rate may also make changes without penalty only in tHe case there is availability at the same rate.

In the case of clients with the "Bintazo" rate, changes will not be possible through these online channels as there is currently no availability of places; therefore, it is necessary to manage any change at higher rates through the points of sale, from our sale at our airports offices or at our telephone service.
